This hydrogen peroxide-based, non-drip formula is designed to be used with eyelash and eyebrow tints. It reduces irritation and skin redness, so is suitable for sensitive skin. It has a consistency of a creamy emulsion, that allowes easyer mixing and applying the tints. Ingredients: Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-25, Hydrogen Peroxide, Etidronic Acid.
